Calm tools for everyday life

Four connected iOS apps, and one way of working.

For adults who want support with everyday life, and for the families, carers and practitioners they choose to involve. Each app does a single job well. All four share the same design, the same safeguarding model, and the same refusal to overclaim.

Routines

Do the day. Visual, one-step-at-a-time routines for everyday tasks.

Energy

Pace the day. One-tap fatigue tracking, and the pacing patterns behind it.

Memory

Hold the day. Capture moments and things, then revisit them gently.

Behaviour

Record the day. A calm, structured record of what happened, in seconds.

Deliberately unglamorous about what software can do

None of these apps predict, diagnose or score. They record what actually happened and show it back honestly. That is what makes them safe to put in front of a vulnerable adult, and useful to talk through together.

Not yet released. The apps are in build and testing. None of the four is on the App Store yet, and there is nothing to download from this page today.

For practitioners

If a family has invited you to work with them, you can sign in and accept that invitation here. For occupational therapists, rehabilitation therapists, psychologists, case managers and any other practitioner a family chooses to involve.
